Job Summary:
We’re seeking a forward-thinking and results-driven Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to lead the charge on company growth, user acquisition, token adoption, and revenue expansion. You’ll work directly with the executive team and founders to design and execute high-impact strategies that scale ChainGPT’s reach, value, and influence in the AI x Web3 space.
This is a 24/7 strategy role for someone obsessed with company success and hungry to push boundaries across BD, marketing, ecosystem partnerships, and token economics.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy
Own and drive ChainGPT’s growth strategy across user acquisition, token adoption, revenue, and ecosystem expansion.
Analyze business data, market trends, and ecosystem dynamics to spot opportunities for growth and competitive advantages.
Launch and oversee campaigns and initiatives aimed at increasing token volume, market cap, wallet holders, and real user adoption.
Revenue & Monetization
Develop and refine go-to-market strategies for ChainGPT’s SaaS and API products, alongside the Head of BD and Product teams.
Identify new revenue streams and strategic verticals for ChainGPT’s tech stack.
Strategic Partnerships
Cultivate high-value strategic relationships with exchanges, L1s, DeFi protocols, launchpads, and other Web3 entities.
Create and negotiate win-win partnerships that grow ChainGPT’s visibility, reach, and utility.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Align departments—BD, Product, Marketing, and Community—around key growth KPIs.
Work closely with the executive team on decision-making, fundraising, and token strategy.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in strategic or executive roles in Web3, Fintech, or Tech.
Proven track record of scaling users, revenue, and partnerships in a high-growth environment.
Deep understanding of tokenomics, blockchain ecosystems, and go-to-market strategy.
Data-driven decision maker who knows how to prioritize, execute, and iterate fast.
Bonus: Experience at a Web3 infrastructure company, or launching new products with high adoption.

Employment Compliance and Confidentiality:
All employees will be onboarded through our official payroll and HR provider, which manages employment documentation, tax withholdings, and compliance with legal requirements based on the employee’s country of residence. As part of the onboarding process, each new hire is required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), execute an employment contract, and fulfill any additional legal requirements specific to their jurisdiction. This process ensures compliance, protects company information, and establishes a secure and professional employment relationship.
Employment Structure:
This position is offered on an employee basis. Employees will receive payment via direct deposit on a monthly basis. Additional details regarding compensation, benefits, and company policies will be provided during onboarding and outlined in the official employment agreement.
Compensation:
Salaries are paid in fiat currency via direct deposit on a monthly schedule, with payments issued on the first business day of each month. This structure ensures timely and transparent compensation aligned with local financial systems.
Probationary Period:
All new employees will undergo a 90-day probationary period, which serves as a mutual evaluation phase. During this time, both the employee and ChainGPT can assess fit, performance, and long-term alignment with the role and company.
