# For Buzzers: Win the Leaderboard

{% hint style="info" %}

## Buzz is designed to reward creators who produce the most credible, helpful content and drive the most **authentic reach,** plus real product usage when missions are enabled.

{% endhint %}

## Leaderboard, Mindshare & Sentiment

The leaderboard is the pulse of a Buzz campaign. It displays your ranking and key stats, and it helps projects gauge their reach and engagement trends.

### What the leaderboard shows

* **Rank & Name:** your current position among all buzzers.
* **Buzz Points (BP):** your total score from posts and tasks.
* **Posts:** number of rewarded posts (max 1 per 8 h/project).
* **Followers:** counts of all followers, smart followers (credible crypto accounts), and verified followers.
* **Mindshare:** your share of total buzz.
* **Referrals:** how many users you’ve referred.
* **Boost:** your points multiplier from staking.
* **Status:** either **REGISTERED** (eligible) or **INVITE** (posting but unregistered).

The leaderboard refreshes roughly every 10 minutes. Post regularly and grow your influence to climb.

## Step 0: Do this first (or your points won’t count)

To be eligible for allocation, you must:

1. Connect your **wallet** (this wallet receives rewards) here: <https://pad.chaingpt.org/>
2. Link your **X** account
3. Click **Register** (status becomes **REGISTERED**)

If you post without registering, you may show as **INVITE** and may not receive allocation at snapshot time.

### What makes a post qualify

A post can score points if it is:

* **Public** (private/protected accounts can’t be tracked reliably)
* Posted during the **campaign window**
* Includes at least **one** required identifier: **#ProjectName**, **$TOKEN**, **@ProjectHandle**, or the campaign Buzz link
* Not deleted, not duplicated, and not disqualified by integrity rules

#### Languages

All languages are allowed. Just make sure the **required identifiers** are included exactly as listed on the campaign page.

### Posting frequency (don’t waste posts)

You can earn points on **two rewarded posts every 24 hours per project**. Extra posts inside the 24‑hour window may help visibility, but usually won’t increase your score.

### How scoring works (high level)

Buzz Points typically reflect:

* **Content quality** (AI‑reviewed multiplier)
* **Organic reach & engagement quality** (not just raw likes)
* **Credibility signals** (e.g., Smart Followers; verified followers with caps)
* **Media/mention bonuses** (when relevant)
* **Boosts** (staking, ambassador, loyalty, follower, missions, partner boosts)
* **Integrity checks** (anti‑spam, anti‑manipulation)

*Automated scoring and classification may be delayed or occasionally inaccurate; campaign rules and snapshot results determine final points.*

{% hint style="success" %}
**Pro tip:** One excellent post can outperform 10 low-effort posts. Quality is the fastest way up the leaderboard.
{% endhint %}

### Content quality multiplier (0× to 2×)

Buzz uses AI to classify the quality of your content:

* **0.00× — Spam:** repetitive, irrelevant, or misleading (excluded)
* **0.25× — Poor:** extremely low effort or off-topic
* **0.50× — Template/AI‑like:** generic posts (e.g., Buzz button style)
* **1.00× — Neutral:** basic but acceptable
* **1.50× — Good:** thoughtful, relevant, adds value
* **2.00× — Excellent:** original insight, proof, and strong engagement

### Media: do images/videos help?

Media is not required, but **relevant** media can help (screenshots, demos, charts, explainers). Random low-value media usually won’t improve your score.

### What counts: replies, RTs, quote posts, threads

* **Replies and retweets:** generally **do not** count
* **Quote posts:** can count if they include the required identifiers and add original text
* **Threads:** usually count when the first post qualifies (some campaigns may count more)

Always follow the campaign rules if a campaign defines these differently.

### The content playbook (copy the patterns, not the words)

#### Pattern 1: Hands-on review (highest leverage)

Explain what you tried, show proof (screenshot/clip), share one insight, and include a clear next step to try the product (if applicable) plus the required identifiers.

#### Pattern 2: Mini-thread explainer

Tweet 1: what it is\
Tweet 2: why it matters\
Tweet 3: how to try it (Buzz link)\
Tweet 4: your honest take (no price talk)

#### Pattern 3: Comparison post

Compare the project with 1–2 alternatives on one dimension: UX, cost, speed, security assumptions, or target users.

{% hint style="warning" %}
Avoid price targets, “to the moon” hype, and financial advice. These tend to score poorly and can violate content standards.
{% endhint %}

### A repeatable 7‑day plan

* Day 1: Quick “what/why” explainer
* Day 2: Demo with proof (screenshot or short clip)
* Day 3: Comparison vs alternatives
* Day 4: Mini-thread tutorial
* Day 5: Complete any missions early, then post your proof
* Day 6: Answer questions and post follow-ups
* Day 7: Summary post: who it’s for + key takeaways + invite others

### Boosts (how to multiply your score)

Boosts stack with scoring and can dramatically change outcomes. See **Boosts & Missions** for the full breakdown, tiers, and how to unlock each boost.

### If your post isn’t tracked (fast fix)

1. Wait \~10 minutes (leaderboard refresh cycle)
2. Confirm you included **# / $ / @ / Buzz link** correctly
3. Confirm your account + post are public
4. If still missing, use **Submit X Post Manually** and paste your post URL

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Compliance Note:** Nothing on this page is financial advice or a recommendation to acquire any crypto-asset. Participation does not guarantee allocation or rewards. Eligibility and final outcomes are determined by the campaign rules, integrity checks, and snapshot results.
{% endhint %}
