Earn Points — How Buzz Scoring Works

Buzz Points reward quality over quantity. The system evaluates each post based on required tags, reach, and content quality. Here’s how to maximise your score.

Every post must include at least one project identifier:

  • A project hashtag (#ProjectName or #PROJECT)

  • The token ticker ($TOKEN)

  • The project’s X handle (@ProjectHandle)

  • The campaign’s Buzz link

Posts missing these identifiers cannot be automatically detected.

Bonuses

  • Mentions: Tag @ChainGPT or the project handle for extra points.

  • Media: Posts with images, GIFs or video earn a bonus.

  • Smart followers: Accounts with more credible followers (KOLs, founders, builders) receive a higher multiplier.

  • Verified followers: Verified follower counts contribute to your score (with caps to prevent abuse).

  • Staking: Staking $CGPT increases your points multiplier; see the Staking Boost page.

Content quality (AI‑reviewed multiplier)

Buzz uses AI to classify content. The multiplier ranges from 0× to 2×:

  • 0.00× — Spam: repetitive, irrelevant or misleading posts.

  • 0.25× — Poor: extremely low effort or off-topic.

  • 0.50× — AI‑generated: generic or template posts (e.g., from the Buzz button).

  • 1.00× — Neutral: acceptable but basic posts.

  • 1.50× — Good: relevant, thoughtful posts that add value.

  • 2.00× — Excellent: original, insightful posts that engage the community.

Write manually—AI‑generated or copied content scores lower.

Limits & fairness

  • Maximum one rewarded post per 8 hours per project.

  • No user can earn more than 5 % of the buzzer pool.

  • Deleted, private, or duplicate posts don’t count.

  • Leaderboard updates every ~10 minutes (don’t worry if your score doesn’t update immediately).

  • Spam, bots, and fake accounts are disqualified by fraud checks.

Tip: One excellent post is worth more than 10 low‑effort ones. Use images or videos, grow your smart follower base, and stake $CGPT to climb the leaderboard.
