About the Role:
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at ChainGPT, you will hold a pivotal role in our mission to develop cutting-edge AI models tailored explicitly for Blockchain Technology and Crypto-related topics. Your role will encompass a range of challenging and impactful responsibilities that contribute directly to our success.
Responsibilities:
Work on improving and developing our AI model.
Conduct research and testing to identify areas for improvement.
Write research papers and present recommendations for improvement to the team.
Could you collaborate with other engineers to implement recommended improvements?
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies in Machine Learning.
Participate in code reviews and ensure the code is high quality and meets our coding standards.
Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in Machine Learning.
Requirements:
Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Machine Learning.
Strong experience with Python and TensorFlow.
Excellent understanding of neural networks and deep learning algorithms.
Experience with NLP and computer vision is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Employment Structure:

Compensation:
Cryptocurrency Payments: Compensation is provided in cryptocurrency (USDT BEP20) to align with our company's focus on blockchain technology. Payments are issued bi-monthly, on the 1st and 16th of each month.
Probationary Period:
Initial Assessment: All new hires will undergo a 60-day probationary period to ensure mutual compatibility. During this time, both the employee and ChainGPT can evaluate the employment relationship.
