About the Role – Product Manager
As a Product Manager at ChainGPT, you will work closely with the Head of Product to drive the development and execution of our product strategy. You will be responsible for managing specific products or features and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our users and align with our company's mission.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products and features.
Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and new features.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize backlog items.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics using data-driven insights to inform product decisions and iterations.
Communicate product updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including the Head of Product, team members, and users.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging AI, Blockchain, and Web3 technologies to identify potential product opportunities.
Work closely with the tech leadership for tracking OKRs/ DORA metrics
Requirements
3+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics and user feedback to inform product decisions.
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Understand model training, performance, and evaluation, and be familiar with hyperparameter tuning cross-validation. Understand metrics like accuracy, precision, recall, F1 score, ROC-AUC, etc. Familiarity with popular AI frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and scikit-learn will be a big plus
Understand blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, bridges, and chain abstraction. It is a big plus if you have looked into other decentralized AI platforms like Fetch.ai, Ocean Protocol, or Bittensor.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Experience working in a startup environment focusing on AI, Blockchain, or Web3 technologies.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex product challenges.
Passion for creating innovative, user-centric products that leverage cutting-edge technologies.

Employment Structure:
Contractor Status: All positions are offered on a contractor basis. As such, individuals will be responsible for their tax obligations in accordance with local, state, and federal law. We recommend consulting with a tax advisor to ensure compliance.
Compensation:
Cryptocurrency Payments: Compensation is provided in cryptocurrency (USDT BEP20) to align with our company's focus on blockchain technology. Payments are issued bi-monthly, on the 1st and 16th of each month.
Probationary Period:
Initial Assessment: All new hires will undergo a 60-day probationary period to ensure mutual compatibility. During this time, both the employee and ChainGPT can evaluate the employment relationship.
