About the Role – Senior Technical Lead:
In this key leadership role, you'll bridge our vision and the technology needed to achieve it. You'll work directly with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute our technical strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Lead the development and execution of technical strategies that drive the organization's AI and blockchain/crypto technology initiatives.
Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor a team of engineers and developers; provide technical leadership, guidance, and support; and foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
Technical Architecture Design: Design and review system architectures, ensuring they are scalable, robust, and secure, especially concerning blockchain and AI technologies.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of the codebase, infrastructure, and security practices; lead the integration of best practices in testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Code Review and Optimization: Conduct rigorous code reviews and optimize system performance through benchmarking and tuning.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to the technology stack and crypto market operations; develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Crisis Management: Lead the response to any technology-related incidents or outages, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
Requirements:
Experience with AI/ML and language models
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum three years in a technological leadership role.
Strong background in software engineering and infrastructure.
Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing development teams.
Comprehensive understanding of blockchain technology and its applications.
Proficient knowledge of cryptocurrency, including Web3 and DeFi.
Proficient in software development tools, version control (GitHub/GitLab), cloud services (AWS/Google Cloud), and proficiency in javascript, typescript and python.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Fluency in English.
Ability to manage pressure, work within time constraints, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Our products often use ML/DL Training, NodeJS, Typescript, React, Python, MongoDB, and Solidity.

Employment Structure:
Contractor Status: All positions are offered on a contractor basis. As such, individuals will be responsible for their tax obligations in accordance with local, state, and federal law. We recommend consulting with a tax advisor to ensure compliance.
Compensation:
Cryptocurrency Payments: Compensation is provided in cryptocurrency (USDT BEP20) to align with our company's focus on blockchain technology. Payments are issued bi-monthly, on the 1st and 16th of each month.
Probationary Period:
Initial Assessment: All new hires will undergo a 60-day probationary period to ensure mutual compatibility. During this time, both the employee and ChainGPT can evaluate the employment relationship.
