About the Role – HR and Recruitment Coordinator
As the HR and Recruitment Coordinator, you will serve as a vital link between ChainGPT’s employees and its recruitment initiatives. This role combines operational HR responsibilities with talent acquisition, ensuring smooth HR processes and effective headhunting efforts. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for supporting employees across all companies, managing HR administrative tasks, and driving recruitment activities to bring top talent into the organization. This role offers a base salary plus commission to recognize both operational excellence and recruitment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations:
Act as the go-to person for all HR-related inquiries, concerns, and support requests from employees across all companies under ChainGPT. Ensure consistent communication and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
Facilitate the onboarding of new employees, including setting up accounts in internal systems, assisting with enrollment in the payroll platform, and ensuring they have access to necessary tools and resources.
Maintain an organized system for storing employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards. Regularly update files with new information, including employment contracts, performance evaluations, and compliance forms.
Support the Head of HR in a variety of administrative tasks, such as preparing HR reports, updating employee handbooks, and coordinating internal communications regarding company policies and procedures.
Assist in the implementation of company policies, ensuring they are effectively communicated and adhered to by all employees.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Collaborate with department managers to create clear, engaging, and accurate job descriptions. Proofread listings for consistency and ensure alignment with the company’s branding and tone.
Manage the publication of job openings across multiple job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment channels to maximize visibility and attract qualified candidates.
Actively seek out and engage potential candidates through job boards, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and other platforms. Use creative strategies to identify top talent that aligns with the company’s needs.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit, confirm alignment on role expectations, and gather information to present to hiring managers.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and the team.
Oversee the transition of successful candidates into the onboarding process, ensuring all steps are completed, and the new hire is set up for success.
Requirements
Proven experience in HR operations and/or recruitment.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Familiarity with HR management systems and onboarding processes.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to have, but not required)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in the technology, blockchain, or AI sectors.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Proficiency with payroll and recruitment software solutions.

Employment Structure:
Contractor Status: All positions are offered on a contractor basis. As such, individuals will be responsible for their tax obligations in accordance with local, state, and federal law. We recommend consulting with a tax advisor to ensure compliance.
Compensation:
Cryptocurrency Payments: Compensation is provided in cryptocurrency (USDT BEP20) to align with our company's focus on blockchain technology. Payments are issued bi-monthly, on the 1st and 16th of each month.
Probationary Period:
Initial Assessment: All new hires will undergo a 60-day probationary period to ensure mutual compatibility. During this time, both the employee and ChainGPT can evaluate the employment relationship.
