About the Role – Head of Product
As the Head of Product at ChainGPT, you will lead the development and execution of our product strategy, driving innovation and growth in the AI and Blockchain space. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our users and align with our company's mission.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.
Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and new features.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to develop and launch new products and features.
Establish and track key performance metrics to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven insights.
Communicate product vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders, including executives, team members, and users.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI, Blockchain, and Web3 to identify potential product opportunities.
Build, manage and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
7+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of AI, Blockchain, and Web3 technologies and their potential applications.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics and user feedback to inform product decisions.
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Experience working in a startup environment with a focus on AI, Blockchain, or Web3 technologies.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
Strong network within the AI, Blockchain, and Web3 communities, with the ability to identify and attract top talent.

Employment Structure:
Contractor Status: All positions are offered on a contractor basis. As such, individuals will be responsible for their tax obligations in accordance with local, state, and federal law. We recommend consulting with a tax advisor to ensure compliance.
Compensation:
Cryptocurrency Payments: Compensation is provided in cryptocurrency (USDT BEP20) to align with our company's focus on blockchain technology. Payments are issued bi-monthly, on the 1st and 16th of each month.
Probationary Period:
Initial Assessment: All new hires will undergo a 60-day probationary period to ensure mutual compatibility. During this time, both the employee and ChainGPT can evaluate the employment relationship.
