About the Role – Project Manager
ChainGPT is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate our Content and Launchpad Teams. This role requires effective workflow management in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent last-minute changes. You will ensure seamless communication between teams, drive timely project completions, and adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Cross-Team Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between the Content and Launchpad Teams, facilitating seamless communication and ensuring that both teams are aligned on project goals and timelines.
Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones, to drive successful and timely project delivery. You will ensure that all stakeholders are informed of progress and any shifts in priorities.
Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously: Oversee and manage a variety of projects at once, effectively balancing competing deadlines and priorities to ensure projects remain on track, even with last-minute changes or unexpected challenges.
Adapt to Changing Priorities: Proactively adjust project plans and team workflows in response to shifting priorities, industry trends, or emerging business needs, while maintaining the quality and integrity of deliverables.
Facilitate Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication between internal departments and external partners to maintain transparency and alignment on expectations, deliverables, and any potential issues.
Maintain High-Quality Standards: Review and assess team output, ensuring that all deliverables meet the high-quality standards of ChainGPT, and that projects adhere to company guidelines and industry best practices.
Optimize Processes: Identify and implement opportunities for improving workflow efficiency and project management processes, helping teams work smarter, not harder.
Attention to Detail & Deadlines: Maintain a focus on the details of each project, ensuring that nothing is overlooked, and all deadlines are met in a timely fashion.
Requirements
Experience in blockchain or AI technology industries is a must.
Proven experience (3-5 years) in project management within the marketing or technology sectors, focusing on content marketing and campaign management.
Strong understanding of marketing processes, including content creation, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., Trello, Asana, notion).

Employment Structure:
Contractor Status: All positions are offered on a contractor basis. As such, individuals will be responsible for their tax obligations in accordance with local, state, and federal law. We recommend consulting with a tax advisor to ensure compliance.
Compensation:
Cryptocurrency Payments: Compensation is provided in cryptocurrency (USDT BEP20) to align with our company's focus on blockchain technology. Payments are issued bi-monthly, on the 1st and 16th of each month.
Probationary Period:
Initial Assessment: All new hires will undergo a 60-day probationary period to ensure mutual compatibility. During this time, both the employee and ChainGPT can evaluate the employment relationship.
