About the Role – KOL Manager
As a KOL Manager at ChainGPT, you will be crucial in strategizing and managing our Key Opinion Leader (KOL) network to enhance our brand's presence and engagement within the blockchain and cryptocurrency communities. This position involves critical analysis and segmentation of our existing KOL network, identifying and onboarding new high-tier KOLs, and ensuring effective collaboration between KOLs and our project initiatives, including IDOs and incubations. You'll work closely with our business development, marketing, and project management teams to align KOL activities with our broader company strategy, ultimately driving growth and brand awareness in a dynamic, fast-paced industry.
Key Responsibilities
KOL Network Management: Evaluate and categorize the current KOL network into distinct tiers, applying rigorous criteria to ensure alignment with our marketing objectives and brand values.
Strategic Onboarding: Identify, outreach, and onboard tier 1 KOLs, leveraging existing connections and fostering new relationships within the cryptocurrency and blockchain community.
IDO and Incubation Campaigns: Coordinate the KOL involvement in ChainGPT's Pad IDOs and incubation projects, including creating interest forms, filtering applications, determining allocations, and managing onboarding processes.
Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain a comprehensive tracking system to measure KOL performance and contribution, ensuring accountability and value alignment with project goals.
Quality Assurance: Implement in-depth filtering processes for KOLs engaged in our incubation projects, emphasizing the importance of quality and relevance to our strategic objectives.
Engagement and Delivery: Monitor and encourage KOL activity to meet agreed deliverables, facilitating communication between KOLs and projects to maximize impact and engagement.
Ongoing Management and Optimization: Continuously assess and refine the KOL strategy, focusing on building a high-quality, impactful KOL network while maintaining a broader channel for wider reach.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in KOL management, community engagement, or a similar blockchain or cryptocurrency industry role.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of the blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors, including familiarity with IDO processes and KOL dynamics.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers.
Analytical Abilities: Capable of conducting thorough analyses to segment KOLs, assess performance, and make data-driven decisions.
Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
Self-Starter: Highly motivated and able to work independently, taking initiative to push projects forward and achieve results.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Connections: Existing relationships with high-tier KOLs in the blockchain and cryptocurrency communities.
Marketing Savvy: Background in digital marketing or brand management, with a keen sense of leveraging KOL partnerships for brand growth.
Technical Acumen: Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency trading platforms, capable of engaging in technical discussions and concepts.
Multilingual: The ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus, as it expands the reach and effectiveness of our KOL network globally.

Employment Structure:
Contractor Status: All positions are offered on a contractor basis. As such, individuals will be responsible for their tax obligations in accordance with local, state, and federal law. We recommend consulting with a tax advisor to ensure compliance.
Compensation:
Cryptocurrency Payments: Compensation is provided in cryptocurrency (USDT BEP20) to align with our company's focus on blockchain technology. Payments are issued bi-monthly, on the 1st and 16th of each month.
Probationary Period:
Initial Assessment: All new hires will undergo a 60-day probationary period to ensure mutual compatibility. During this time, both the employee and ChainGPT can evaluate the employment relationship.
